It's hard to describe Carlo in this little box. So I'll try to sum up my experience. I contacted Carlo after I heard my brother and sister in laws experience with him. They told me it was great. He helped them sell their town house after a few weeks and they bought a house after a few months. They were very satisfied with his service. When I contacted him, I was still up in the air if, when, what and where I wanted to buy. I was even thinking of renting. He was very supportive and patient with me. I asked him for his opinion and he gave me the gods honest truth and I really appreciated that. He understood my concerns and thoughts on moving and he accommodated everything. I'm a single woman moving out of my parents home so I was very nervous with this huge change in my life. He was even my life coach during one phone call. After a few months of looking, the condo I wanted finally accepted my offer. Mind you, Carlo was going back and forth with the sellers and he never gave up because he knew I wanted that condo and my reasons. The condo is finally mine, and I'm so happy with my purchase. I know I was annoying with questions but it didn't bother Carlo at all. Anyday and anytime I contacted him, and he was available. Even during my closing time, he was out of state and he still contacted me to reassure me that everything is on schedule. So once I get some furniture, Carlo is welcome at my condo. He is very knowledgable about his areas, his job and he is always available. It was a great pleasure to work with him. We were lucky to have him to buy and sell our homes. He sold our place in ONE WEEK, actually less than 7 days for a price higher than we wanted!!!! We were so nervous being first time seller, he just took care of us!!! Don't even know where to start on his excellent, superb and awesome selling skills!! He is the guy to list your property. Oh, how can I forget he is the one also found us the perfect home!! Our house hunting started with a let's-see-what's-out-there attitude, but Carlo led us to the perfect home the day we met!! He has impressive amount of knowledge on the area we were looking and was able to line up properties fit our needs. During the entire buying and selling process, he coordinated all necessary steps involving multiple parties so smoothly we didn't have to make stressful phone calls besides occasional emails and texts exchange with him. He was on top of everything that's needed to close a transaction. Mortgage, attorney review, communications with township, just to name a few... His excellent communication skills and quick thinking played a vital role on successful closing of our purchase. He is so professional yet so personal that he was quick to response to all of our big or small questions and concerns and never seemed to be annoyed with any of stressed and sometimes emotional comments we made.
